Protective Services Development Manager – €138k OTE

About the role

Securitas Ireland is looking for an experienced Protective Services Development Manager to drive profitable growth across a portfolio of strategic client accounts. You will combine business development, client relationship management and innovative security solutions to protect people, property and peace of mind.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new security business and expand existing accounts.
• Collaborate with branch operations and commercial teams to align growth plans with service delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their security needs and propose risk‑based service improvements.
• Conduct active portfolio management, identifying risks and recommending alternative service models to maximise efficiency and profitability.
• Support the creation and rollout of innovative security solutions, leveraging Securitas’ full service portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security services development, client relationship or business development roles.
• Strong understanding of risk‑based service evaluation and portfolio management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with operations, commercial and branch teams.
