Senior Cybersecurity Engineer – Concierge Security Engineer

About the role

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer (also titled Senior Cybersecurity Consultant 3 / Concierge Security Engineer 3) to join its Cork team. You will act as the primary technical liaison for customers, helping them mitigate cyber risk and improve their security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior cybersecurity engineers on client projects.
• Serve as the main point of contact for security incidents reported by the SOC.
• Analyze structural weaknesses, logs, and events to identify threats and vulnerabilities.
• Create technical reports, documentation, workshops, and training content for customers.
• Troubleshoot security and technical issues across diverse environments.
• Mentor junior analysts and engineers.
• Support continuous improvement of Arctic Wolf’s Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of experience in systems, network, or cloud administration.
• Proven track record in IT networking, network security, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS tools.
• Background in risk and vulnerability management.
