About the role
The Quality Technician 2 provides hands‑on quality support in Dexcom’s regulated medical‑device manufacturing environment in Ireland. Working on a fixed 12‑hour day shift (7 am – 7 pm) Friday to Sunday and alternate Thursdays, you will help ensure compliance with internal procedures, GMP and applicable regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute routine quality activities and monitor in‑process and environmental controls.
- Process and analyse non‑conformance events (NCEs) and support change‑order activities.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing required documentation and evidence.
- Review, maintain and update quality documentation and investigation reports.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality teams to drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience in a regulated medical‑device or similar GMP environment.
- Understanding of quality systems, non‑conformance handling and change management.
- Ability to work a rotating 12‑hour day shift schedule as described.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and compliance.
