About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Experienced Scientist to join the Biotherapeutics R&D team in Ringaskiddy, Cork. The role supports development programs and analytical activities within a GMP‑compliant laboratory, working closely with cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑quality results.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine and non‑routine analytical testing in line with established methods.
- Review laboratory test results and ensure timely completion of approvals.
- Identify result trends and promptly escalate non‑conformances or deviations.
- Support biotherapeutic project execution, including method transfer and validation.
- Maintain laboratory operations in a GMP environment and collaborate with other functions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in biotherapeutics research and development.
- Background in analytical development and testing within a GMP setting.
- Ability to work on‑site three days per week and engage with cross‑functional teams.
