Quantitative AI Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Quantitative AI Trainer to join the DataAnnotation team. In this fully remote position you will work directly with state‑of‑the‑art AI models, evaluating and improving their quantitative reasoning across a variety of scientific and business domains.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated quantitative analyses, statistical reports, predictive models and scientific reasoning for technical accuracy and real‑world validity.
• Design and solve quantitative problems that are used to train and benchmark AI systems, including forecasting, experimental analysis, optimization and statistical inference.
• Write clear technical explanations and well‑documented analytical code that can be reviewed by both AI and human stakeholders.
• Provide detailed feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI models for data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in a quantitative role such as data science, economics, physics, biostatistics, operations research or a related field.
• Proficiency in English with strong written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) is preferred.

Required skills

• Python or R programming for analytical code development and review.
• Statistical methods, predictive modeling, experiment design (A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, time‑series forecasting).
