Junior/Graduate Systems Administrator

About the role

This is an entry‑level position for a recent graduate or a professional with 1‑2 years of IT support experience. You will join an internal IT team in County Louth and gain hands‑on exposure to a wide range of Microsoft and Windows technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line user support and troubleshooting for Windows devices.
• Assist with device management using Microsoft Intune.
• Maintain and administer Microsoft 365 services and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Support core infrastructure components and follow IT security processes.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects and documentation.

Required profile

• Logical problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop technically.
• IT‑related degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1‑2 years of experience in IT support or help‑desk environments.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MS‑900, AZ‑900, CompTIA A+ or Network+) are a plus but not mandatory.
