About the role
We are seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for a successful transport company based in Dublin 11. The role involves greeting visitors, handling calls and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, take accurate messages and distribute them.
- Maintain and update the CRM database and manage filing and scanning systems.
- Sort, receive and distribute deliveries and post.
- Handle clerical tasks such as organising job cards, office supplies and petty cash.
Required profile
- Previous reception experience, preferably in a transport or warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple front‑of‑house duties.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using a CRM system for data entry and management.
