About the role
We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our growing team in Dublin. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver high‑quality talent across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and documentation.
- Provide daily HR administrative support.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in an agency or in‑house environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
