Recruiter – Permanent Position

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our growing team in Dublin. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver high‑quality talent across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and documentation.
• Provide daily HR administrative support.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in an agency or in‑house environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
