Recruitment Executive – Turn Your Skills Into Expertise

About the role

Access is looking for motivated individuals with a background in insurance or financial services sales to become high‑performing Recruitment Executives. You will be trained, coached and developed to master the recruitment lifecycle while leveraging your existing communication and commercial skills.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured learning programme covering recruitment, sales and commercial techniques.
• Engage in client‑facing conversations to understand hiring needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Apply hands‑on coaching and mentorship to accelerate your performance.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in Insurance Sales, Financial Services Sales, Broker Sales, Telesales or a similar field.
• Strong communicator with confidence in client‑facing situations.
• Motivated to learn, improve and develop professionally.
• Ambitious and open to structured training and feedback.
