About the role

Circle K is looking for a full‑time Retail Store Supervisor to lead a busy convenience store in Swords, Dublin. You will work a 37.5‑hour week, overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage shift teams, ensuring smooth store operations.
• Serve customers and handle transactions.
• Maintain merchandising standards and stock displays.
• Prepare food items and K‑Coffee for customers.
• Keep the store clean and compliant with health and safety policies.
• Generate sales leads for the fuel card team.
• Monitor sales targets and drive performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years retail experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Passionate about customer service.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
