Recruitment Officer (Permanent Full‑Time)

About the role

Corlann West is seeking a permanent Recruitment Officer to deliver a high‑quality, compliant recruitment service for its West Region. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, ensuring timely staffing for services that support over 2,000 adults and children with intellectual disabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising to offer acceptance.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns and support interview panels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with public‑sector recruitment policies, employment legislation and HIQA regulations.
• Analyse recruitment data, prepare reports and visualise trends.
• Utilise the ATS (Rezoomo or equivalent) and other HR systems to track candidates.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in fast‑paced recruitment, HR or administration within the public sector or a regulated environment.
• Experience delivering multiple concurrent recruitment projects.
• Knowledge of intellectual disability or health/social‑care recruitment.
• Understanding of public‑sector recruitment policies, employment law and HIQA compliance.
• Full clean driving licence and access to a car.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HR/recruitment systems.
• Use of an Applicant Tracking System such as Rezoomo.
