About the role
Corlann West is seeking a permanent Recruitment Officer to deliver a high‑quality, compliant recruitment service for its West Region. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, ensuring timely staffing for services that support over 2,000 adults and children with intellectual disabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising to offer acceptance.
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns and support interview panels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, HR colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with public‑sector recruitment policies, employment legislation and HIQA regulations.
- Analyse recruitment data, prepare reports and visualise trends.
- Utilise the ATS (Rezoomo or equivalent) and other HR systems to track candidates.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in fast‑paced recruitment, HR or administration within the public sector or a regulated environment.
- Experience delivering multiple concurrent recruitment projects.
- Knowledge of intellectual disability or health/social‑care recruitment.
- Understanding of public‑sector recruitment policies, employment law and HIQA compliance.
- Full clean driving licence and access to a car.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with HR/recruitment systems.
- Use of an Applicant Tracking System such as Rezoomo.
