About the role

As a Recruitment Partner within Hays Enterprise Solutions, you will act as the primary liaison between hiring managers and the recruitment team, ensuring a seamless hiring journey. You will develop strong stakeholder relationships, drive innovative sourcing strategies, and support senior leadership in delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust connections with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with the on‑site recruitment team to coordinate efficient hiring processes.
• Develop external commercial partnerships that expand recruitment capabilities.
• Design and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Handle escalations, provide high‑touch customer service, and ensure hiring manager satisfaction.
• Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience thriving in fast‑paced environments and under pressure.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Recruitment management background (MSP, RPO, agency, or end‑client).
• Growth mindset with the ability to expand recruitment demand and influence managers.
• Capability to share market insights and foster hiring manager engagement.
• Experience resolving escalations and delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Self‑driven and able to work independently on a daily basis.
