About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our electricity client in Dublin on a 12‑month contract. The role is hybrid, offering a blend of office and remote work while you manage recruitment processes and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor advertising resources according to the Strategic Resource Plan.
- Coordinate candidate correspondence, interview schedules, and maintain internal trackers.
- Prepare reports on recruitment metrics, KPIs, and maintain the TA SharePoint site.
- Support early talent initiatives, attend career fairs, and help organise graduate events.
- Liaise with line managers, applicants, and HR Governance Specialists throughout recruitment.
- Review employment contracts, assist with work permits and visa applications, and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Oversee the new‑hire onboarding process in partnership with the Onboarding Specialist.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of relevant recruitment or HR experience.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices, policies, employment legislation, and data protection.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
- Experience using SharePoint for document and site management.
