About the role

Join the Smiggle team at Ilac Shopping Centre as a Sales Assistant. You will help maximise store performance while delivering fun, memorable experiences for customers in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong communication with team members and collaborate on daily tasks.
• Work flexible, rostered shifts, including weekends, and support other stores when needed.
• Drive sales by maximising every opportunity and meeting brand KPIs and individual targets.
• Provide genuine, unique customer experiences and maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.
• Process incoming deliveries efficiently and keep stock levels optimal on the shop floor.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
