Roof Membrane Installer – Data Centre Modular Units

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Roof Membrane Installer to join our manufacturing and installation team in Letterkenny. The role involves installing roof membrane systems on data‑centre modular units both in‑house and at customer sites, ensuring a weather‑tight, long‑lasting finish.

Key responsibilities

• Install roof membrane systems, including hot‑air welded, mechanically fixed and fully bonded solutions.
• Prepare surfaces with insulation boards, vapour barriers, edge details and penetrations.
• Fit trims, upstands, outlets and detail work around services and interfaces.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications and product data sheets.
• Perform quality checks and inspections to verify compliance.
• Maintain strict health and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with production, QA and site teams to meet project deadlines.
• Travel to customer or installation sites as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience installing roofing membrane systems.
• Strong background in flat roofing, preferably in industrial or modular environments.
• Excellent knowledge of roofing details, welding techniques and system build‑ups.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail and quality‑focused mindset.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
• Willingness to travel for site installations.
