About the role

Okta is seeking a high‑energy Sales Development Representative to generate demand for its market‑leading cloud security solutions. You will work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to identify and qualify new business opportunities, focusing on French‑speaking prospects.

Key responsibilities

  • Research, prospect, and engage new accounts to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within an assigned territory.
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social channels, adding contacts and gathering intelligence.
  • Hold high‑level conversations with senior executives to introduce Okta’s solutions.
  • Achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and closed deals.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in prospecting or outbound sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work under time pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
  • Strong problem‑solving, organization, and time‑management skills.
  • Motivated, self‑starting, and comfortable in a fast‑paced team environment.
