Sales Development Representative – Spanish & Portuguese Speaking

About the role

This fully remote position is focused on generating new business opportunities for a fast‑scaling SaaS platform serving the global vacation‑rental industry. You will target Spanish‑ and Portuguese‑speaking markets across Europe, engaging prospects to understand their challenges and present technology solutions that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and key decision‑makers in target industries.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email outreach, and social selling.
• Engage prospects to uncover business needs and communicate the SaaS value proposition.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns and follow‑up activities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM.
• Provide feedback to marketing on campaign performance and lead quality.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings booked and pipeline creation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales or similar role.
• Strong prospecting, cold‑calling, and relationship‑building skills across phone, email, and social channels.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, with excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross‑department collaboration.
