Business Development Executive – Car Marketplace

About the role

As a Business Development Executive at DoneDeal Cars, you will join a fast‑growing Irish online car marketplace and help connect dealers with a large pool of buyers. You will focus on building strong relationships with car and commercial dealers while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with key decision‑makers across our dealer network to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Proactively identify new sales prospects within existing accounts and through active prospecting.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Become knowledgeable about our digital product portfolio and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage both short‑ and long‑sales cycles.
• Complete required administrative tasks and maintain up‑to‑date CRM records.
• Plan and execute strategic campaigns that benefit both the client and DoneDeal Cars.
• Address client issues promptly and share insights with management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in online sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong listening, collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Experience managing a range of accounts.
• Self‑motivated, independent and eager to learn new sales techniques.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems – Salesforce experience is a plus.
