Senior AI Software Engineer – LLM Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to design and deliver intelligent, autonomous agents powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). The role sits at the forefront of AI, transforming document validation and compliance workflows while providing technical leadership across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and rollout of production‑grade AI solutions.
• Build and scale LLM‑powered, agentic workflows, including tool‑using autonomous agents.
• Drive end‑to‑end AI initiatives and own key platform components.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, and Customer Support teams.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and evaluate multiple technical approaches.
• Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Leverage cutting‑edge AI tools to accelerate development.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong AI focus.
• 3+ years in AI/ML or data‑science roles.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Proven track record delivering real‑world production AI systems beyond proof‑of‑concept.

Required skills

• Modern AI tooling and frameworks.
• Deep experience with LLM‑based agentic systems (prompt engineering, context management, tool integration, autonomous agent design).
• Understanding of LLM behavior in production environments.
• Cloud‑native development: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Git.
• RESTful APIs, microservices, Agile methodologies.
• Backend: C#/.NET, Python, APIs, databases.
• Frontend: React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
