Senior Vice President, Privacy-Enhancing Technology (Truata)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead its Truata privacy‑enhancing technology (PET) organization in Dublin. You will shape the technical vision and roadmap for cloud‑based platforms that enable secure, compliant data use at enterprise scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the architecture and product strategy for PET internal and external offerings.
• Build and operate independent anonymization services, data clean rooms, and policy‑driven data access controls.
• Ensure platforms are secure, highly available, auditable and aligned with Mastercard’s data cloud strategy.
• Embed privacy‑by‑design, governance, and compliance controls into platform design.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Risk, Security and product teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical controls.
• Provide executive leadership across product development, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering.

Required profile

• Proven executive leadership in technology product development and platform delivery.
• Deep experience with cloud infrastructure and data engineering at scale.
• Strong background in privacy‑enhancing technologies, privacy‑by‑design, and governance.
• Ability to work as a senior partner to privacy, legal, security, data science and product teams.
