Senior Lecturer – Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility

About the role

The University of New South Wales seeks an accomplished Senior Lecturer to lead teaching and research in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertancy within the Discipline of Women’s Health. This 3‑year fixed‑term position is based at St George Hospital and supports both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including clinical placements.
• Develop engaging learning activities, assessments and feedback mechanisms.
• Serve as Program Authority for the Master of Reproductive Medicine, overseeing administration and academic quality.
• Lead independent, impactful research and build a nationally recognised research profile.
• Foster research capability and collaborative groups within the discipline.

Required profile

• PhD in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility.
• Current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner or eligibility for registration.
• Demonstrated commitment to staying current with scientific developments.
• Proven experience in teaching design, curriculum development and delivery at higher‑education level.
• Experience with educational technologies and online delivery methods.
• Evidence of teaching effectiveness and ability to inspire students.
