Senior Manager, Strategic Process

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is separating its Orthopaedics business into a stand‑alone company, DePuy Synthes. The Senior Manager, Strategic Process will lead the strategic management of collections and accounts receivable for complex, high‑value customer accounts during this transition and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategic management of customer collections and open receivables for complex, high‑value accounts.
• Influence and drive desired customer payment behaviour to optimise cash flow, improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and mitigate credit risk.
• Lead performance management of collection KPIs against Service Level Agreements, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Perform advanced AR forecasting, trend analysis and root‑cause analysis to anticipate risks and enable proactive portfolio management.
• Provide senior‑level oversight and decision‑making on Sales Order Releasing activities within defined authority limits, escalating risks as appropriate.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in collections, accounts receivable or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer payment behaviour.
• Demonstrated ability to lead KPI performance management and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience working in a multinational, regulated environment is preferred.
