Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

Remote is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead and scale its recruiting function worldwide. This fully remote position will shape hiring strategy, drive data‑driven decisions, and build a high‑performing team that supports the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach, develop and motivate a team of Recruiters and a Sourcer, conducting regular 1:1 meetings.
• Own hiring metrics and pipelines, analyze trends, and propose solutions to senior leadership.
• Define the long‑term vision and strategy for Talent Acquisition in partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition and People leadership.
• Collaborate closely with hiring leaders to ensure alignment on talent needs and hiring processes.
• Experiment with innovative recruiting initiatives and drive adoption across the Talent Acquisition function.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruiting at a tech start‑up or high‑growth environment, including managing a recruiting team.
• Hands‑on experience with reporting on hiring metrics, pipelines, and predictive analytics.
• Track record of delivering results quickly to meet scaling needs.
• Strong alignment with Remote’s values and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
