Senior Oracle EPM Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Oracle EPM Consultant to join our award‑winning Data Analytics and Enterprise Performance Management practice. You will work hands‑on across the full project lifecycle, delivering complex Oracle EPM solutions for large‑scale transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements, design, configure, integrate, test and deploy Oracle EPM solutions.
• Develop complex business rules using Calculation Manager and Groovy scripting.
• Create metadata, webforms, dashboards and data‑validation frameworks.
• Integrate EPM with ERP systems, data warehouses, flat files and APIs.
• Coordinate UAT, prepare test scripts and produce training and administration guides.
• Engage with clients, present solutions and support junior team members.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years implementing Oracle/Hyperion EPM solutions.
• At least one full‑lifecycle Oracle EPM implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reconciliation.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Oracle EPM (ARCS, PBCS) and Hyperion.
• Calculation Manager, Groovy scripting.
• Metadata design, webform and dashboard development.
• SQL query development, data transformation and optimisation.
• Integration with ERP, data warehouses, flat files and APIs.
• ETL processes, automation and process optimisation.
