Site Manager – Residential Development (40 Units)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a 40‑unit residential development for Fingal County Council in Dublin 11. The role involves overseeing all site activities from groundworks through to handover, ensuring the project meets quality, safety and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations from groundworks through to handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure the programme is adhered to.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Liaise with the design team, client representatives and internal stakeholders.
• Drive project delivery in line with timelines and budget.
• Ensure all works are completed to the required specifications and standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential developments.
• Track record delivering projects for local authorities or similar clients (advantageous).
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, sequencing and site logistics.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Relevant tickets/certifications such as Safe Pass, SMSTS or equivalent, and First Aid.
