Stock Assistant (Ballyphehane)

About the role

As a Stock Assistant at Aldi in Ballyphehane you will be at the heart of the store, ensuring that shelves are always full, deliveries are processed efficiently and customers receive friendly service. The role is fast‑paced and varied, offering the chance to work with a supportive team in a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service on the shop floor.
• Stock shelves quickly, arrange products attractively and maintain optimal presentation.
• Check incoming deliveries for quality, remove items that do not meet Aldi standards and organise stockroom inventory.

Required profile

• Approachable and ready to support both customers and colleagues.
• Comfortable working at a rapid pace to keep shelves replenished.
• Reliable, flexible and able to adopt a can‑do attitude in a busy environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential – attitude matters most.
