About the role
As a Stock Assistant you will be at the heart of an Aldi store in Ballincollig, ensuring that the shop runs smoothly every day. You will support both customers and colleagues by keeping shelves well‑stocked, maintaining product quality and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
- Stock shelves quickly and present products to look their best.
- Check deliveries and product quality, removing items that do not meet Aldi standards.
Required profile
- Friendly, approachable and ready to support customers and the team.
- Comfortable replenishing stock at pace to ensure product availability.
- Reliable and flexible with a can‑do attitude in a fast‑moving environment.
- Retail experience is a plus but not essential – attitude matters most.
