Talent Acquisition Specialist – Full Remote (Ireland)

About the role

EverAI is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fast‑growing AI company that already serves 50 million users worldwide. Working fully remotely from Ireland, you will partner with the CEO and senior leaders to build the team that will drive the next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and secure top global talent for a rapidly scaling AI product portfolio.
• Map and source elite candidates from Tier 1 tech hubs and leading companies worldwide.
• Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates through thoughtful networking and personalized communication.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leaders across product, engineering, marketing and operations to understand hiring needs.
• Refine and scale internal recruitment workflows, leveraging AI‑driven tools and data‑based sourcing strategies.
• Lead employer‑branding initiatives and promote EverAI as an attractive workplace for technology talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in technology or fast‑scaling environments.
• Ability to work independently and influence hiring processes across multiple functions and geographies.
• Strong communication and networking skills with a focus on building relationships with passive talent.
• Comfort with remote work and managing a global candidate pipeline.
