Talent Researcher – Remote (Ireland)

About the role

This fully remote position supports a fast‑paced, international hiring operation. As a Talent Researcher you will proactively identify and engage top talent across global markets, focusing on senior and hard‑to‑fill roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities and advanced techniques such as Boolean and X‑Ray search.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify and reach out to passive candidates with personalized communication.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to inform strategic hiring initiatives.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Test, optimise and continuously improve sourcing strategies and outreach messages.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition in an international context.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to craft tailored outreach messages.
• High level of curiosity, persistence and a proactive approach to talent discovery.
• English proficiency at B1+ level or higher.
