Tax Manager – Dublin

About the role

Our client, a medium‑sized accountancy practice in North Dublin, is seeking a Tax Manager to join their tax team. You will work closely with the Tax Director and report directly to the Partners, handling a mix of compliance and advisory projects for personal and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a positive team culture.
• Deliver compliance and advisory tax projects across all tax heads.
• Collaborate with the Tax Director and report to the Partners.

Required profile

• ACA/ACCA qualified (CTA desirable).
• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience in a practice environment.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Enthusiastic team player committed to continuous professional development.
• Proficiency with taxation software and Microsoft Office.
