About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader who loves perfume and people. In this role you will support the Store Manager in the day‑to‑day operations of a busy retail store, ensuring both customers and staff feel valued and confident.
Key responsibilities
- Coach, mentor and develop store staff to achieve personal and team targets.
- Motivate the team to exceed sales and service goals, with incentives and prizes for high performance.
- Assist the Store Manager with roster planning, payroll budgeting and loss prevention.
- Act as key holder, opening and closing the store on schedule.
- Step in for the Store Manager when absent to keep the store running smoothly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example.
Required profile
- Strong talent for building relationships, coaching and mentoring.
- Passion for teamwork and collective success.
- Enthusiasm for learning about perfume and upskilling.
- Flexibility with work patterns.
- Previous experience leading a team or a proven sales advisor ready for progression.
Required skills
What we offer
- Permanent contract with 25 hours per week.
- Hourly rate of €17.48.
- Commission at Christmas based on store sales and hours worked.
- 32 days holiday (pro‑rated).
