Team Manager – Community Residential Service

About the role

The Enhanced Community Residential Service (ECRS) in Mold is seeking a Team Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based health care. You will be responsible for overseeing clinical practice, managing complex cases, and ensuring the service meets statutory and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and direct staff on the management of complex cases.
• Allocate referrals appropriately to ensure timely patient care.
• Conduct regular clinical and managerial supervision to maintain safe practice.
• Engage with PADR reviews and monitor service quality.
• Lead team development and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Relevant health‑care qualifications meeting the essential criteria outlined in the attached person specification.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership within a community or residential health setting.
