Global Strategic Programs Lead (Director)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a senior leader to head Global Strategic Programs within its Innovative Medicine business. The role will be based at one of the company’s IMSC hub locations and will drive the delivery of strategic supply‑chain initiatives that support the development and launch of breakthrough therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Global Strategic Supply Chain Programs, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
• Manage cross‑functional teams across multiple regions to meet program milestones, financial targets and resource plans.
• Drive business outcomes through disciplined execution, strong partner engagement and effective governance structures.
• Translate high‑level strategy into actionable plans, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee program financial performance, budget adherence and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Proven experience at director level leading large, complex, global programs, preferably in supply chain or strategic planning.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering results through disciplined execution and robust governance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
