About the role

Join a fast‑moving Global Recruiting Team supporting a leading biotech/pharma organization. As a Temp Talent Acquisition Specialist you will own end‑to‑end recruitment for both temporary and permanent positions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines using search techniques, Beamery, and professional networks.
• Lead candidate experience initiatives and ensure consistent touchpoints.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job postings.
• Collaborate with business leaders to implement tailored recruiting strategies.
• Manage candidate data in the ATS and Beamery systems.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong rapport‑building, multitasking, and results‑orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial‑Organisational Psychology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
