Training Officer

About the role

InisCare is seeking a motivated Training Officer to design, deliver and evaluate training programmes for our home‑care staff across Dublin, Meath and Kildare. You will play a key part in ensuring our caregivers meet regulatory standards and continuously improve the quality of care.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with InisCare policies and healthcare regulations.
• Develop, update and coordinate training programmes to meet staff needs.
• Analyse training effectiveness and report findings.
• Work with management to identify training gaps and schedule sessions.
• Promote continuous improvement through innovative learning solutions.
• Provide recruitment feedback and oversee mandatory training renewals.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years experience delivering training (essential).
• QQI Certified Manual Handling & People Moving Instructor (essential).
• PC skills and proficiency with MS Office (essential).
• First Aid certification (desirable).
• Experience in a healthcare setting (desirable).
• Strong attention to detail, leadership and a positive attitude.
