About the role
The Travel & Accommodation Administrator will coordinate all travel, accommodation and transport arrangements for project personnel, ensuring smooth and cost‑effective operations. Working closely with the Logistics Coordinator and the wider operations team, this role supports projects across Europe and offers the chance to develop a long‑term career in a dynamic international organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Book flights for site personnel and project teams.
- Source, arrange and manage accommodation requirements.
- Organise transport solutions, including vehicle hire.
- Ensure logistics activities are delivered efficiently and cost‑effectively.
- Review, record and process supplier invoices and liaise with accounts for payments.
- Resolve supplier queries promptly.
- Maintain internal IT systems with accurate data on personnel, clients and costs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly logistics cost reports.
- Support the Logistics Coordinator with project coordination tasks.
- Carry out general administrative duties as required.
Required profile
- Full clean driving licence.
- Strong IT skills.
- French language skills are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven and a team player.
