Freight Administrator

About the role

The Global Freight Administrator will support international logistics for events, trade fairs, sporting events, conferences and live productions. Based at Dublin Airport, you will coordinate air, sea and road shipments, ensuring smooth customs clearance and cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international freight shipments across air, sea and road for global events.
• Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance and final deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain all shipping and customs documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers and warehouses.
• Track shipments and provide operational updates to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain logistics systems, reports and freight records.
• Support freight invoice reconciliation and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with international trade and import/export regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong understanding of import/export documentation and customs procedures.
• Knowledge of international shipping methods and logistics processes.
• Experience using ERP or transport management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
