Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to produce high‑impact visual content for digital platforms in Ireland. The role blends storytelling, advanced editing, and motion design to create short‑form videos, podcasts, ads and branded pieces that engage audiences across social media.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished videos, handling colour correction, sound design, pacing and visual enhancements.
• Produce a variety of assets including promotional videos, tutorials, explainers and brand storytelling pieces.
• Create platform‑optimized short‑form content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Edit full podcast episodes and generate highlights, teasers, intros/outros and other episodic elements.
• Design motion graphics, animations, lower thirds, transitions and visual effects in line with brand guidelines.
• Build reusable motion templates and visual systems to improve workflow efficiency.
• Utilise AI‑powered tools for generative video creation, automated captions, voice generation and smart editing pipelines.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on concept development, scripting and storyboarding.
• Maintain organized media libraries and ensure quality assurance on all exports.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics or related creative production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, editing and motion design across multiple formats.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while maintaining quality.
