Videographer (Filmmaker) for Hospitality Content

About the role

We are seeking a passionate filmmaker with hospitality experience to capture compelling visual stories for our clients. You will create bold, social‑first video content, ranging from fast‑paced social media clips to documentary‑style pieces, while also handling still photography when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Film, edit and deliver high‑quality video for social, branded documentaries and campaign visuals.
• Operate Lumix, Canon and RED camera systems, applying strong knowledge of camera fundamentals.
• Set up and manage lighting and audio for studio shoots, live hospitality events and on‑location productions.
• Collaborate with internal creative and account teams to align visual direction with client expectations.
• Lead shoots, solve on‑set problems in real time, and maintain creative momentum.
• Represent the company professionally in pre‑production meetings and on‑set interactions.
• Travel across Ireland and internationally for a variety of filming opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong background in camera operation, lighting and sound with a portfolio showcasing diverse video styles.
• Creative eye for detail, emotion and storytelling, especially within the hospitality sector.
• Ability to work independently, manage gear, or lead small teams.
• Professional, client‑facing attitude and willingness to travel.
