Consultant – Sales & Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Consultant to join If Services in Oslo. You will be a key resource in projects that drive growth for If and its partners, focusing primarily on sales and customer service while also supporting testing, validation, and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales initiatives and create new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Represent If Services externally and act as the main point of contact.
• Adapt to various project needs, including concept testing, customer dialogue, and administrative duties.
• Collaborate with a small, dedicated team handling multiple parallel projects.

Required profile

• Passionate about sales and generating new opportunities.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑driven, and able to deliver under pressure.
• Strong relational skills and ability to build trust with customers.
• Structured work style with a focus on quality.
• Motivated by results and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Experience in sales or customer service (B2B or B2C).
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Higher education is a plus but not mandatory.
