Wardrobe Assistant – Live Production (Junior)

About the role

Join a dynamic production team in Cork, Ireland, as a Wardrobe Assistant supporting a live show. This junior position is perfect for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for costume and wardrobe management. You will help ensure wardrobe logistics run smoothly and that costumes are ready and in top condition throughout the event.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the organization, preparation, and maintenance of all costumes and wardrobe items.
• Coordinate with performers and production staff to ensure timely costume changes.
• Track inventory, perform quick repairs, and keep wardrobe areas clean and orderly.
• Support the lead wardrobe supervisor in managing backstage wardrobe operations during live performances.

Required profile

• Previous experience in wardrobe, costume, or similar backstage roles for live events or productions.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Availability to work on‑site in Cork for the duration of the production, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliability and professionalism when handling costumes and sensitive materials.
