About the role
EUROSPAR Barnhall in Leixlip, Co. Kildare is seeking a Full‑Time Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
- Supervise and support store staff in their tasks.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
- Manage inventory levels and help with ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify improvement areas.
- Assist in training and developing team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
