Store Supervisor – Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team in EUROSPAR Summerhill. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
• Ensure the store is clean, well‑organised, and visually appealing to customers.
• Manage and motivate a team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, set goals and take action to drive sales and meet targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Implement store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new store associates.
• Conduct regular store meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations to the team.
• Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies for improving store performance and profitability.

Required profile

• Flexible availability, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours per week.
• Previous experience in a supervisory retail role.
• Demonstrated leadership and passion for retail.
