Geospatial Manager – Dublin

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Geospatial Manager to join our Digital Engineering team in Dublin. You will lead survey activities, ensure data quality, and act as a key interface with clients on high‑profile infrastructure and environmental projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee survey operations and maintain consistent data flow throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate handover from field work to final deliverables with the project team.
• Perform survey analysis, post‑processing, and technical troubleshooting as needed.
• Enforce QA processes to meet specifications, tolerances and client standards.
• Maintain project schedules, critical path tasks and resource planning.
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and high service quality.
• Line‑manage and mentor team members.

Required profile

• Degree in Surveying, Geospatial or a related discipline.
• Proven senior operational or project management experience in surveying or geospatial.
• Strong understanding of survey workflows and downstream deliverables.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Familiarity with client standards in infrastructure or mission‑critical environments.
• Experience with resource planning and subcontractor management.
