About the role
We are a leading home healthcare provider seeking qualified Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated weekend team. You will support adults in the community, delivering personal care and home support in a compassionate, nurse‑led environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care and home support to clients in their own homes.
- Follow individualized care plans and promote independence, dignity, and well‑being.
- Maintain accurate daily care notes and report any changes in condition.
- Adhere to infection prevention and control measures.
- Collaborate with supervisors and the wider care team.
Required profile
- Caring, dependable, and motivated to deliver excellent care.
- Working toward QQI Level 5 with Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules completed.
- Valid People Moving & Handling Certificate.
- Full EU driver’s licence and own a car (essential).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Willing to provide work and character references and complete Garda Vetting (fee covered).
