HR Coordinator (Senior)

About the role

Reporting to the HR Operations Lead, the Senior HR Coordinator will ensure that HR processes are aligned with best practice and legislation across Ireland and Europe. The role supports talent acquisition, employee records, relations, training and HR administration for a leading data‑centre delivery partner.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue employee contracts and onboarding materials, and facilitate new‑employee orientation.
• Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling and work‑permit or relocation arrangements.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, manage statutory leave, and ensure compliance with data‑protection regulations.
• Respond to employee queries via the HR mailbox, monitor trends and support employee‑engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate training sessions, keep attendance records and help develop training materials.
• Support payroll processing, benefits administration, absence monitoring and the health‑and‑wellbeing strategy.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects across recruitment, payroll and HR operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, including knowledge of Irish employment law.
• HR qualification and full Irish working rights.
• High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction at all levels.
