Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Catalyx is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team in Little Island, Cork. The role will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions across engineering, IT, automation, manufacturing and life sciences for Catalyx’s clients in Ireland and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Proactively source technical talent using LinkedIn, job boards and internal databases.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and specialist requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, medicals, reference checks and pre‑employment documentation.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support existing accounts and new client opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency, RPO, MSP or consultancy environments.
• Strong proactive sourcing and candidate management abilities.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System to manage vacancies and pipelines.
• Commercially focused with ability to meet revenue‑driven recruitment targets.
• Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
