HR Generalist – €55K‑€60K DOE (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

Join Securitas Security Services Ireland as an HR Generalist, supporting the HR team in delivering smooth business operations and a great employee experience. This hybrid role in Dublin offers a blend of administrative and strategic responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance for business operations.
• Assist in creating HR objectives, metrics, queries and regular reports.
• Coordinate case files for WRC hearings within agreed time‑frames.
• Administer benefits, compensation and employee performance programmes.
• Suggest and implement new procedures to improve employee experience and HR efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local and national employment legislation.
• Prepare onboarding paperwork, schedules and coordinate first‑day experiences across functions.
• Support onboarding, new‑hire orientations and exit interviews, including HRIS data entry and audits.
• Provide HR advisory on absence, health issues, conduct, grievances, organisational change and other employee‑relations matters.
• Serve as primary backup for payroll processing, handling updates, bonuses, vacation/sick pay and benefits changes.
• Maintain employee handbook, directory and organisational chart, contributing to policy development.
• Manage employee complaints, grievance procedures and support counselling with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Qualified HR professional with strong administrative and strategic abilities.
• People‑oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• HRIS (human resources information system) proficiency
